efk_USB library not found !

Pops up when I launch the program. Program closes as soon as you click on it.

For an unknown reason, our program is not able to find some files in the folder of our software.
Please uninstall the software (this will not delete your lighshow) and make a new software installation from scratch.

After more tests, there may be a problem with Windows 11 only.
We will check that and come back to you asap.

Tried the uninstall reinstall didn't work. What worked was installing V9. After installing V9 and launching it, I quit it. Launched V11 and it started no problem. Could be a work around in case it happens to anyone else.

We were able to reproduce the problem from a blank Windows 11 with a copy of the complete software folder from another Windows PC. This is normal, because our software does not work correctly without a complete software installation procedure.
Our conclusion is:
- either you did same than mentioned above
- or your Windows version is not up to date and this version sees the library "efk_usb" as a virus (false positive of course)

Please do that:
- Windows 11 update
- complete software installation with the software available here: viewforum.php?f=5

I can confirm OP's post that ShowXpress 9 needs to be installed on the system parallel to TLC II otherwise the latter complains that efk_USB is not found. Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Same fore QuickDMX
Had to have v9 installed got get the USB drivers installed correct. After that, it works
