There is presently no menu "Import lightshow" in the software.
So please proceed like this to see the imported lightshow in your computer:
- unzip for content of the zip file
- copy it in the folder "./Users/<username>"/TheLightingController_II/LightShows" of your system
* change <username> by your user name in your system.
