Hi.

Ihave seen the note about which interfaces are supported, but the Xpress512 is a current offering? Is this ever likely to be supported under VII please or did I waste my money only a year or so ago?

Sorry, had to put this under General Software as there appears to be no other suitable category that is not LOCKED.

As long as the technology allows it (Operating System, USB standard, ...), our new software V_II will support our DMX interface.
Here is the list of the supported DMX interfaces: viewtopic.php?t=48
As you can see, our new software V_II is free for people who bought the model "D512" in year 2009.

I assume then that the Xpress512 must be the same as the D512. you refer too.

BTW you say this: "the Xpress512 is a current offering", although this product is discontinued for 6 years.
Please tell us via private message where you bought it.
It is not normal to find it as "current offering", then the customers will complain to us.
We have to stop this.
