The Lighting Controller II

hi, in v9 i'm using the usb 1024 interface mainly just to run the software, then connecting to my chauvet dmx-an artnet node to run my universes that way. it works in v9 but for some reason i cannot seem to get the same configuration to run in vII. is there something i'm missing in the settings where i can set the universes to be configured this way in vII? here in the attached picture is how i have my lights set up in vII, i have tried setting the fixture universe to 1, 2, and 3 but none of them respond when using the fader section. thanks for any help you can offer!

as a small follow-up, i have tried connecting the same fixtures directly to the interface and they do work so it does not seem to be an issue with the fixture or profile, but in defining addresses/universes

i've attached here my universe setup and a crude drawing of the room, in the screenshot universes 1 and 2 (the stage lights) are being controlled through the DMX-AN unit with each fixture assigned its IP address (10.0.100.100) (this works in v9 but not VII) while universe 3 is house lights connected to the first port of my D1024 unit (works in VII)
