D1024W-Connection doesn’t work with new ipad

Hi everyone,

We just bought the Sweet D1024W for our theater so we could direct our shows directly from a tablet. We have a new iPad Air 11 working with the last iOS but every time we want to make the connection on the wifi from the device itself (wifi D1024W), we go trough all the process :
Opening the app
Preferences
Hardware
Autodetect mode and enter
Close the app
Open the app again and it says everytime « 0 interface available » :|

It works on our Samsung phone but the project would be to use it on a tablet, as a phone is to tiny.

What could we do ? Is it normal that it does not work on a brand new tablet ? :?

Thanks a lot

Hello,

So your iPad is well connected to the wifi network of the interface (SSID = D1024W ; password = 00000000).

We have these two first questions :
1. Does the "Autodetect interface" action return the IP of the interface (192.168.4.1) in the entry box at the right of the text "Interface IP" (manual page 9) ?
2. If yes, do you see a green dot at the left of the interface when you close the window (manual page 10) ?

The manual of this interface is here: https://download.thelightingcontroller. ... manual.pdf

Oups, the two above questions are for the "D1024W" app and not for the "software" app.
Sorry for that.

The good question is: does the "Autodetect interface" action return the IP of the interface (192.168.4.1) in the entry box at the right of the text "Interface IP #1" ?

If not you can also try to manually type the IP "192.168.4.1" in the entry box.
