Trigger lighting from LTC

Is there a way of triggering buttons from linear timecode (LTC)? If not directly in ShowXpress, can anyone reccomend any external tools?

The LX laptop will be receiving LTC timecode from my band's playback rig. (Not MIDI timecode)

Sorry but our software does not handle LTC.
