Hello,

I have a D1024 device. I installed the driver, and the device is recognized, but it does not respond. I created my own device profile and assigned channels, but it still does not work. It was working perfectly on version 9, but now on my current setup it doesn’t respond. Could this be related to my laptop? Can you help me resolve this issue?
