i have a D1024 and want to use it with my Ipad10.
The ipad does not find the controler. How can i use the ipad.

We moved your post in the section "D1024W" instead of "D1024".
(D1024W has USB and WiFi and D1024 has USB only)

We very recently found a problem with iOS and our software regarding wireless control of the interface D1024W.
We are treating this as a top priority and doing everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We will come back to you as soon as the problem is fixed.

The problem is fixed.

We have submitted the new version of the app to Apple.
We now just have to wait for Apple's approval before it becomes available on the App Store ; it usually takes 24 to 48h.

The new version is 0.1.43 (the current version is 0.1.41).
You can try updating the app tomorrow evening or on Sunday.

I do not have a D1024W. I have the D1024 without WiFi.
And the iPad does not work with it.

Please note that our software for iPhone/iPad sends DMX data over Wi-Fi, so a compatible hardware interface is required.
