I’m having trouble getting your software to run on my Intel-based Mac. I’ve tried opening it from both the Downloads folder and the Desktop, but it crashes every time with the following error code: [ek_usb library not found!].

It would be extremely helpful if you provided clear, step-by-step instructions for installing the software on an Intel Mac, including where the application and any associated folders should be located.

Please also provide troubleshooting guidance for resolving this recurring crash. Clear installation instructions and compatibility information would make the setup process much easier for users.

The message “efk_usb library not found!” usually appears when you try to run TheLightingController directly from the disk image (DMG file). You need to install the software on your Mac before running it.

Could you please post a video showing all the steps you take, from launching the software until the problem occurs? This would help us identify what might be causing it.

Could you please also confirm that your OS is macOS 13 (Ventura) or more ?
