Our macOS software is distributed as a .dmg file.
Two versions are available: Apple Silicon (M1 and newer) and Intel-based Macs.
Be sure to install the version that matches your Mac.
1. Open the DMG file
Double-click the .dmg file you downloaded.
A new window will open, showing a folder named “TheLightingController_II”.
2. Install the application
Drag the folder “TheLightingController_II” into the Applications folder.
This copies our software to your Mac.
3. Eject the DMG
Right-click the mounted DMG and select Eject.
You can now delete the original .dmg file if you wish.
4. Launch the software
Open Applications.
Double-click the “TheLightingController_II” folder.
Double-click the program you want to run:
- TheLightingController
- 3DView
- Sound2Beat
