Not easy for us to give a date for a stable release.
We can just guarantee that we are doing our best to get it ready as soon as possible.
We tested "Sound2Beat" with our Macbook M1.
At first program launch, the OS showed a message asking for the permission for "Sound2Beat" to use the Macbook internal Microphone.
We had to answer "Yes".
Then we were able to select the microphone from the "Select source" menu in "Sound2Beat".
Please be sure that you did not answer "No" for the "microphone using" permission. Otherwise, you will have to go somewhere in the MacOS parameters to change that.
