Problem with a sound file (delay, wave form) [fixed]

I have a problem with playback in the timeline. When I start the timeline, the light tracks are fine, but the music is delayed by 2-3 seconds. I use music in WAV format (PCM 16 bit, 44100 Hz, stereo). I know that the program has a different encoder than other audio software. I read about it on the forum, but I don't know how to fix it. The problem persists in all light shows, even if I create a completely new one and only import music, the problem still persists:

You sent only the audio file without your lightshow, so we tested only the audio file, and it works ok here.

We suspect a Codec problem in your system.

This may happen when another program or a "Windows update" has changed the configuration of "DirectShow" (the OS media player).
Please let us know if this happen regularly.

Sorry, we don’t think so.
Our software has no authority to prevent other applications from changing the settings.
It’s similar to when an internet browser asks to become your default browser. If you answer ‘yes’, the previous one is simply replaced.
