I have a D1024 device. I installed the driver, and the device is recognized, but it does not respond. I created my own device profile and assigned channels, but it still does not work. It was working perfectly on version 9, but now on my current setup it doesn’t respond. Could this be related to my laptop? Can you help me resolve this issue?

I read something and it turns out that the program does not work on 10 windows quite well because the interface is displayed and it is very strange why 3D does not work devices are added redim editing I turned off and they do not respond in any way if you need a video I will take it off I just have a job so I downloaded the driver on the v9 version to work

The 3D has nothing to do with the DMX. There was a problem with the 3D under Windows only and it is fixed in the new downlodable version (0.1.33).
V9 and V_II work well under Windows 10, as well as Windows 11.
The same USB driver works for both V9 and V_II.

Fixed in version 0.1.33.

Thank you for the help, I looked so much, it turns out that now my iPad will not be able to control because there is a 1 version less when the update will be released in the iPhone?)
